Quick Release Hook (QRH)

Redundant Safety Assurance
It adopts a dual redundant locking mechanism and a mis-trigger prevention design, combined with the dual protection of mechanical buckles and return springs, which prevents accidental disengagement caused by vibration or collision. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) is no less than 15,000 hours.
Efficient Operational Experience
The unlocking force is less than 150N. Quick release can be achieved via a handle, foot switch or electric control. The operation can be completed by a single person without the need for professional tools, complying with the industry standard of '30-minute quick change'.
Environmental & Load Adaptability
Premium materials such as 316L stainless steel and lightweight alloys are adopted, with surface treatment including hot-dip galvanizing or anti-rust coating. The product can withstand over 1,000 hours of salt spray corrosion testing. Its load-bearing capacity ranges from several kilograms to hundreds of tons, with an optional protection class of IP55-IP66. It is suitable for harsh environments such as high-salt-spray offshore areas and high-dust construction sites.
